I lost my ticket link. How do I get my car?

Tell the valet at the stand and they will help you.

Do I need the app?

No. Everything works from the link in your SMS. The app adds your ticket history, saved cars and receipts.

How do I pay?

By card, from your ticket page.

Does my tip go to the valet?

Yes. Tips go to the venue's valet team and are shared the way the venue decides.

I was charged the wrong amount.

Email us with your ticket code and the date. We check it with the venue and refund any amount charged in error.

How do I delete my account?

I run a venue. How do I start?
